Re recent comment have several TVs with Freeview all have retuned with no problem so signal strength seems ok the problem seems to be with the ICAN box. Any one got any similar problems ;the missing channels are available on 801 etc presumably from the South West transmitter

just tried clean scan and retune using Mendip only no change no channel 67 missing channels still on 801 first time i have had trouble with a retune

After all this re tune factory re set still no 67 on ICAN stb can get all missing channels on 847etc so will just key in for Film4 etc until next retune in Sept All tvs with freeview retune no problem ICAN stb used mainly for HD channels..

My ADB I-Can set top box will not receive channel 67 Mendip transmitter have tried all suggestions even having the box returned to supplier for adjustment all to no avail the misssing channels can be found on the 800 range wondered if any other users of this box have same problem and have found any way of correcting this problem.TVs in house all receive all freeview channels perfectly.May be will have to wait until Sept when Mendip changes it channel line up or Rowridge next year.

Just did manual retune on 56 for channel 4seven this is incorrect this channel is on 52 seems ArqA & B still showing wrong information.

Will try attenuator and see if that helps signal strength from West is very high 100% stregth & quality.Perhaps changing to Rowridge vertical might be the answer but rather expensive.

The Poole transmitter has always been poor in Oakdale [BH15] Best to use vertical transmissions from Rowridge or Mendip I get perfect reception on all channels from Mendip only thing missing South Today.

Mike Have now lost all channel 67 and 56 since re tune i know this is a fringe area but had all channels before retune im using an I can set top box which has auto tuning .
