Thanks for all the info CFhris. I was always led to believe that Balgownie was rhe main transmiier for the area around Dyce. I guess I will just have to invest in an external DAB antenna and a new radio with an external antenna option.

Is there a problem with Boom radio on the Balgownie transmitter. Iy has always been iffy in my house in Dyce but these past few days the reception has been dire. I often now get service unavailable and also get problems in the car now. Other stations are solid.
