Hi, I bought a new tv in november 2014, after tuning I received 6 HD channels via the freeviewHD, which is integral to my samsung smart tv. Over the past 7-10 days the HD channels are either pixelated or sound only, my signal comes from the Ryetransmitter, i have spoken to freeview and there are no planned or emergency engineering works in my area, the signal strength on the HD channels is 100% with no errors, I have retuned using the freeview reset procedure, to no effect. I have two ariels, each with there own socket, one downstairs and one upstairs, the problems exist with both ariels. The upstairs ariel was fitted by an engineer from freeview and the downstairs one was installed when the house was built in 2000. Up until the past 7 to 10 days both ariels supplied excellent HD channel reception. Have you any suggestions of what may be the problem?
