Dave, done as suggested but still the same. Works ok with another TV or digibox! Will wait till after 26th and try again

Changeover now complete but problem persists with BBC channels on Hitachi 42PD6700 tele. Tried everything as previously posted so suspect problem lies with tuner in TV aaaargh!

My parents have a Hitachi 42PD6700 U as their main TV. After the first stage of changeover the BBC channels are distorted but other channels are OK. Tried switching aerials,using attenuators etc to no avail. Another TV (newer Samsung works fine in same place so fault points to Hitachi. Any chance problem will clear after second part of changeover on Pontop Pike transmitter
