I qualify for the assisted switch-over-can I ask whether one certain box only is supplied or will I be allowed a choice+ what do I need to know to check for any "cowboy" installers or any other "pitfalls there may be. I am thinking of Freesat as at the moment I have Virgin and I am used to a wide choice in stations but as a pensioner this is becoming too expensive for me.

today I have committed to become a Freesat customer but I am not too sure if I need a Homeplug to receive BBC Iplayer. If so what on earth is a homeplug how do I use and install please. Any help is appreciated.

My nephew bought a digital tv (December) with no inbuilt freeview-as he is a teenager can someone please help him with firstly which reasonably priced box he would need and any other information that might help

At moment I have Virgin and want to change to Freesat but wondering if firstly will this be difficult to do and also what size dish would I need and if the area I live(North Kent) is a good reception area for Freesat?
