Having reception problems with receiving programs on CH22, CH23 and poor reception on CH29. Have done full retune and now have lost all programs transmitted on those Channels. Post code KT22 8UN

The digital multiplex transmitted on frequency C31 (554.0MHz)is coming up as empty on my TV. This multiplex is meant to be transmitting the HD channels. Is it working normally, if not when will it be fully functional
