Just for information as I use satellite/Emley Moor mainly but my temporary setup antenna in my north facing, first floor bedroom is getting perfect signals from the quarry transmitter on all channels in LS22 6RN.

If there's one thing that annoys me about the Bilsdale page is the reference to ITV companies which were never
transmitted from it, ABC and Granada. It didn't carry BBC1 and ITV until November 1969.

There was an early almost throw-away comment made just after the fire hit the news that there was 5g engineering work taking place on the tower.

Rab Harris:
Short answer regarding BBC News HD - No. The areas that were served by COM7 on Ch.55 have
all lost BBC NewsHD, and also BBC4 HD and Cbeebies HD but plans seem to be afoot to bring them
back. I haven't seen any plans for BBC News HD to return as a terrestrial channel. It is still on satellite.
BBC Scotland HD is on the original DVB-T2 multiplex, BBC B(See list above).

Nicholas Anderson:
Whilst agreeing with your basic criticism, I must correct you about BBC4 HD. It is still available on
satellite, it has only been removed from the Freeview terrestrial service but may return when some
multiplex adjustments have been completed.

Your first sentence gives the game away. It is not a news channel but an opinions channel. Opinions are not news and are the first steps to fake news which is the first steps to propaganda which is the first step to control which is the first step to dictatorship. Have a nice fantasy.
