AFAIK the situation is unchanged from my previous replies to you above, there are no additional FM or DAB transmitters.

Brian Butterworth:

Hello Brian, nice to see you posting. There have been occasions in the recent past when it's not been possible to access the site, I don't know if that's when updates have been taking place or there've been too many connections (I'm assuming spam postings).

As far as "additions" go, I think most of us would prefer you try and fix some of the bugs, broken things and things out of date. Please see some of the things I've advised in the past.

Currently, some are -

On Radio, the "AM+FM stations" link goes to the "All radio stations on DAB" page and visa-versa the "DAB stations" link goes to the "All radio stations on FM and AM" page.

On Freeview -
some links in posts to Freeview (Light) transmitters, eg. today, Todmorden go to the "Full service Freeview transmitters" page.

On Main transmitter pages, the channel lists on the COM muxes aren't always complete/correct it would be helpful if they were also in LCN order.

Sometimes the Planned Engineering doesn't get to the relevant transmitter page.
Sometimes in the weekly emails, some links sometimes have spurious characters so don't work.
The Live Faults Map page All transmitters with faults and engineering | free and easy for 21 years doesn't appear to update.

There are a few other but I don't have time to find them atm, eg. a couple of transmitter pages UHF channels haven't updated correctly. I'll post here as I come across any others if that's ok.

There is a power outage reported at the transmitter's postcode, G83 0AZ. While this doesn't mean for certain that it affects the supply to the transmitter, it seems a likely possibility. At the time of writing, the estimated restore time is 26th January at 14:00.

SP Energy Networks is responsible for the electricity network in the area. The incident reference for the transmitter's postcode is INCD-1116781-s, information on which can be viewed here:

https://www.spenergynetwo…81-s

It says that the incident was created on 24th January at 12:46.

We all have problems with the "Captcha" due to the images being so poor, can't they provide better images. Jimmy had a major problem Hi. For me to help you, just think of your problem and answer each question in turn. First, are you seeing the words "No Signal" or "Technical fault" on the TV screen? | Knowledge base | free and easy for 21 years

I expect she'd love to be working at height during gale force winds, replacing pylons or poles and heavy electric cables ;)

According to Jimmy on the Freeview transmitter page (this being the DAB one), quote from SP -
"Our electricity network has sustained damage from Storm Eowyn, resulting in disruption to your supply. Power has been restored to some properties, however repairs continue for those that are still without power. We are aiming to have all power restored by 27/01/2025, 00:00. If you require any further help or support, please call us on 1 0 5. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
