Below are all of Grahame's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.I get all the other channels no problem - using a Panasonic Freesat/Freewiew HD TV bought new at Xmas. Channel 126 is just a blank screen with no sound and just the pop-up guide when first changing to the channel - this shows what the current program should be.

Just tried auto setup of freesat on the TV - seems to have sorted it. I'd better check the recorder next.

There's nothing showing for the new Aylesbury (Quainton?) DAB transmitter that seemed to be in the plan for this year. Is there any news on this? I can't get a decent signal from Oxford here.

What about existing smart TVs? Will this require an extra external box, or will the firmware be updated to support it as an integrated solution. Having recently replaced my TV I am hoping it will last me years and not require another box with associated mains plug and network cable to access these new services.

I understand that instead of Quainton getting DAB added there is now a DAB transmitter on the roof of the Aylesbury BT exchange but I can't see this on the maps. The 2016 rollout data on the BBC site <http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/digitalradio/expansion.html> is stuck at 30th June with no updates since so I can't confirm anything. Does anyone have any updates or confirmation on this?

It looks like the 2016 DAB roll-out list has finally been updated at <http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/reception/pdfs/dabexpansion2016.pdf>

Aylesbury
At what point will 4HD start transmitting pictures on Freesat? I get the EPG listing showing the programs in the main guide, but when I select the channel the screen is blank except for the pop-up channel info initially.
