Below are all of David Pearce's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Thanks. They've gone and bought a Panasonic Freeview today, so hopefully it'll be OK.
As regards inteference from Dover, if its only at night it shouldn't prove too much of a problem since they go to bed early. We'll just have to wait and see.
They are in NR28 9JQ and that says 2013, so this ia obviously not an exact science!!!. It would be helpful if Digital UK's site gave a bit more detail than just 'Variable reception' which could mean anything, if its only the odd day thats not so bad. If its every other day, thats different all together.
Our reception is from Emley Moor and we can use a wire coathanger as an aerial!!

Hi - My mother and father in-law's analogue TV has finally given up the ghost after 25 years. They had hoped to wait until after the switchover. So had I as they will find it really difficult to cope with the retuning;etc (one is nearly 90 and the other is well over 90) and since I am 170 miles away I won't be of much help.
They live in North Walsham. Can anyone explain to me why the BBC service is planned to deteriorate in 2013. This seems insane, would they be better going for a Freesat??
