Sharon - I take it that you had a TV set before purchasing the Smart LG set. If so, what channels did you receive on your old TV set? As David has asked you - your location, preferably in the form of postcode or that of a nearby public building will help to determine what transmitter you may be able to get the Freeview channels from. David has previously assisted lots of others with their reception problems.

Caroline - when I retuned my television set a large number of channels were dumped on up the range .
Have a look on up the EPG and move them to the right number.

Hi Edward! I live in Belfast and we are served by the Divis Rransmitter. Both 109 and 110 show the correct names for both channels here!

I have a question - I'm looking for an answer! I am receiving 'Asia TV' from Divis and it has thrown the channel into EPG 809 where I have my Soarview channels. I can not find any reference on the internet as to where this channel should be placed in the EPG list - any suggestions?

Hi all!
I live in Belfast Northern Ireland and receive my Freeview Channels from the Divis Transmitter and also from the NIMM on the Black Mountain Transmitter.
Am I still able to receive truTV and Tru TV +1 and if so; what multiplexes and EPG Numbers are they being transmitted on?
Many thanks.
