The FV goesn through a anti surge 4 way is there any way the digital switch over could hgave caused this problem as antisurge appears to be working ok

Hi South Ayrshire went digital today I have a Samsung flat screen with Freeview and Sky+
The Tv and sky were working Ok last night Today the TV is a black screen and is doing a lot of clicking but nothing is coming on the screen. the sky box appears to be going on and off when switched but again nothing on the TV
HELP!!!!!!!!
