I have emailed them several times but the replies have been along the lines of resetting my app.....
I have explained quite clearly that the problem is with live freeview on a TV set but they seem unable to grasp the concept of that

good...so its not just me....
what can we do about it?
BBC didnt want to know as "channel 5 is not one of our services sir"
Arqiva havent even acknowledged my emails

First f massive apologies for the delay in reply....had a few family health issues....and I am still not getting email updates....
Yes, the delay does appear to ne present on the other channels (46,57,66,69,71) although they are not channels we watch

The sound from all speakers doesn't seem to be happening now that I have changed the TV to PCM....But the delay is still there
