Last year I replaced my DAB radio and installed an external DAB aerial. This gave me excellent reception of the all BBC and commercial stations. Now Absolute radio is marginal and Absolute 80s is unlistenable due breaking up. I have checked the aerial, cables and retuned to no avail. The BBC radio station signal strength is also down by about 25%
My post code is EX15 1UR and the transmitter is Stockland Hill.
Any ideas what is going on?
Thank you

Hi Yesterday I lost all DAB reception for the main BBC stations plus many others. Doing a scan my receiver found 30 whereas before it found 70 plus. I have an external DAB aerial connected to a Marantz M CR612. The aerial looks ok and I have checked the connections I can access.
I can receive Heart, Greatest Hits, Smooth, Capital and BBC Somerset plus others.
My post code is TA1 3EL Taunton Somerset.
I have the aerial pointing to the Mendip TX the same as the TV aerial.
Any thoughts?
Thank you

Hello,
I live at Grid Ref ST014070 about 80 mts above sea level and am looking at replacing my loft aerial which is a contract wideband. Looking at several sites should I get a Group A for Stockland hill or stick with a wideband. My reception is mostly good, signal strength of 80%, except for a bit of breakup. This aerial also feeds a DAB radio which is also good. I would welcome some advice on this.
Thank you
Dave
