Mine's back on too. Its fine and I'm happy but how do we know its back for good.
There were no faults reported during this period, and I got an automated reply from BBC. Can we do anything else. I'd live in fear of setting the recorder for something I care about seeing in future on the HD channels.

And I've just discovered the hd channels have gone again. The signal quality is zero i notice on the hd channels, but signal strength is at 10/10. Earlier today both strength and quality were at 10/10. Is this a clue to the problem do you think?

Cheers Briantist I've just called the BBC and they have a had a series of reports of this problem across nottingham: postcodes ng1 to ng20 - so this covers me and my fellow nottingham commenters.
The BBC talk to the people who run the transmitters as I understand - doesn't sound like we license payers get to contact them.
Something is going on - annoying how it simply says 'the transmitter has no problems etc' if it said it did (which there clearly are) I could get on with my Easter weekend without puzzling over if it my aerial and kit and whether I need to do something. The public are happy if they are informed!!!

Finally an acknowledgement from the Beeb.
Thanks to Briantist, Tom, Stewart and others. I sadly let myself be pacified by the bbc when I rang yesterday - they acknowledged they'd had calls but didn't say what they'd do. Well done for pestering Arquiva.
Is this the Big Society in action? - we'll get moving when we're motivated!!

Had precisely the same problem as Tom Howes. All HD channels there on Saturday morning, set the box to record Doc Who - nothing- 50, 51, 52 and 54 still missing today. They were full signal strength and quality. Really annoying
