I changed the tv package with BT l had ,and now find l cannot find or tune in W l have the W shopping channel,but not the W TVProgram channel.
I changed to the full entertainment package,sky movies Netflix, Amazon prime,brit box,all freeviewchannels ect.
All the freeview channels are there except W is W not transmitted anymore??
On drama they are still advertising the W channel.
Any advice please
