Below are all of 4wd's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page. They have been rather poor at updating that site it was previously reported that if all went well it could be live by the end of this year (2022) but first half of next year is about all we might assume.
The new mast is already lit at night not sure how much is still to do with the major building.
The temporary masts are only serving larger towns and and have no hope whatsoever of reaching the dales located towards the coast which the full sized mast covered - so no point trying.

Chris.SE:
Well there is no coverage from temporary masts in plenty of rural areas away from towns, and there certainly isn't any here so not sure why I need to explain all that when the question is about when the rebuilt full size one might be live.
If nobody knows or they won't say then that's the answer isn't it.

Is there any information about when the rebuilt Bilsdale transmitter might start up.
Whatever they claim about percentages covered, large areas don't have any signal at all especially to the east of the temporary masts
