Why, since the digital switch, do various channels experience frequent drop outs of anything between 2 and 5 seconds, and why does the sound constantly go out of 'sync' on many channels? This problem has been more apparent since the introduction of 'smart meters' for domestic installations.

Thanks Mike, It seems, on checking signal and quality, I do need attenuators. Signal and quality are currently both 100%. Sound is just from the TV speakers or headphones at night, to avoid annoyance to my neighbour. Thanks for your help.

Brian, Given the recent high winds and copious amounts of rain we have been subject to, I suggest that YOU are correct.
Richard, consider your own safety and that of others, and please employ a qualified rigger to check the roof installation.
Your household insurance could possibly cover such damage.
