Below are all of MossMan's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Does the announced engineering for week commencing 11/Oct affect DAB as well?
I've been experiencing the signal dropping out when listening to BBC 6 music in the car when normally it's string enough to play when I take aerial off to go through the car wash!

Thanks guys. Well the poor DAB signal affected most stations where I am (North Somerset) for about a week but now it's fine again. So I expect it was the transmitter after all. Can't be sure though - didn't go through the car wash to check. ;-)

Is there ever a week when there *isn't* "possible effect on TV reception" for Mendip these days?!

Good info, thanks. To be clear, I wasn't complaining - just noting that it's been the same message each week for what seems like months now.

Wondering why I keep getting notifications about new messages here, yet there's been nothing posted since November last year and in fact old messages are even being deleted (see "latest" post from November 2024 mentioning "previous page 219" when this post itself is now on page 218...)

Chris.SE: "I don't think anything has been deleted (unless a load of spam appeared and it was deleted pretty much immediately). I think the page number was a typo by the poster!"
I've checked in occasionally when I get these update mails and I watched the message count go down over the last few months. That post was definitely on page 220 at first.

@ brian - yep, same here. Think I finally found the update page we need so I can retune when I get home tonight...

Annoying that I've had to retune three times in three months on four devices (one of which always gets confused and defaults to Wales so I have to do the whole thing manually - first trying each MUX channel to see what's on it, then a second round to manually tune)! Why not make these recent changes in one go?
