Richard, Just a question. Is the feeder coaxial cable surface mounted i.e. you can see the whole run, or is it run in the wall with an aerial connection wall plate?

I do know that, Ihavebeen on this site before. It was just an observation, not a 'cry for help.'
What I do find strange though, is why Arqiva would be working on a transmitter at 21:00 on a Saturday night when there's an important Rugby match being broadcast. Who thought that would be a good idea?
