Hoping you can help with this one. I live in a flat in Slough and up until Monday 5th March I was using the Hannington transmitter and receiving full service of Freeview (including HD channels). However my property management company decided to upgrade the aerial align towards Crystal Palace. Great, I would finally get BBC London region as Slough is in this region. Unfortunately now I can only pick up twenty Freeview channels and the region appears still to be Meridian (so still picking up rather weak signal from Hannington perhaps?) Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? Or will I just have to wait for 4th April / 18th April for DSO at Crystal Palace?

Thanks for your help jb38! I will try a manual tune tonight. I have a Humax HDR Fox-T2 and there is a good resource on how to retune this PVR manually to pick up Freeview channels.

I live in a block of flats in Slough. I should pick up BBC London from Crystal Palace but my roof aerial is pointed towards Hannington, so therefore I get BBC South. Would it be worth retuning my Humax HDR-T2-Fox manually to CP or just stick with reception from Hannington?

Live in North Bracknell with a loft aerial in our new property. Reception since we moved in December 2015 has been patchy. Only BBC channels (SD) and no ITV or Channel 4 at all. Yesterday following a retune, HD channels appeared and seemed to be stable but this morning all HD channels liable to breakup. Although Hannington would be the ideal transmitter for my location, I am actually picking up Crystal Palace.I have a booster which has helped improved the signal previously but perhaps now HD signals have appeared the signal is too strong. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Slough
I live in a block of flats in Slough and am unsure of the aerial system in use but there is a roof top aerial. The estate is relevantly new (2000-2001). The aerial is pointing in the direction of Hannington (to the west). Being in Slough I should be able to pick up Freeview from the Crystal Palace and therefore the London region but instead receive Meridian / BBC South programming.
Could you please advise me on what I needs to be done by my management company to rectify this situation?
My post code is SL1 3GE.
