@Kim - try it all again tomorrow morning as it will probably be offline up until at least 6am in some areas whilst it sorts it self out and kicks into action

Yes, everyone needs to be patient. I have no channels at all now and I am going to turn off the box and try and do a factory reset and clean install tomorrow night when I get in from work. This whole changeover is feeding millions of homes so not surprised there are problems at this early stage
