Yes, I suppose you can count no analogue in a switched region as working normally! I expect it makes website administration a bit easier and it should be pretty obvious to most if you're in a switched area.

Oops! sorry Brian, I wasn't trying to make extra work for you. It was just an observation on my part as I thought Digital UK would have the resources to differentiate between switched and non-switched regions.

How can TV (analogue) be working normally when analogue transmissions from Beacon Hill ceased in April 2009?
