I want to retune/reinstall my TV with inbuilt Freeview as suggested but it throws up a password on the installation process. I have no idea what that is. I have no memory of using one when the TV was installed. Any ideas? Thanks.

Oh dear. I went to reinstall using default and every other setting that seemed relevant but still no film 4. My son who is usually good at this says he has no idea why it will not retune. Any more ideas please?

Finally sorted it. I also have HUMAX box so I retuned that as well and it has come back on 15. Great. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I have lost Film 4. I failed to retune my inbuilt Freeview in my TV. Read online you had to retune by 28 August. Is there any way to get it back?
