@Cranston - as far as I know, Eurosport 2 is not free-to-air on either analogue or digital, and you can receive France 2 and France 3 by moving your dish to point at 5W (instead of the 19E where Eurosport Germany is), as long as your equipment can cope with SECAM (instead of PAL used by Germany and UK). If you get black and white with a bit of a buzz, it's not decoding SECAM correctly, but maybe you'll still think it's watchable enough! That said, France 2 and 3 are free-to-air in digital at 5W, so maybe it's worth a new receiver?

Erm, can someone edit my previous comment, please? I forgot the @ in front of my username! *blush*

C30 (546.0MHz) after switchover

King's Lynn

Although I have most of the channels on this multiplex from Belmont, I'm missing a few. I'd like to try adding them by PIDs to see if it's some sort of fault in the scan routine in the receiver firmware (and if it is, I'll play firmware-update-roulette before next rescan day). Does anyone know where I can find a current list, please?

Well, I tried a different firmware and the missing channels appeared, so I think the PID values would have worked.
I'm still missing one entire multiplex but I think that's because the block's antenna isn't the right type for that out-of-group channel.

Stuart R, I think your only ways to get Eurosport in English legally are to buy Sky, to watch online (£3/month to Eurosport, plus whatever your internet service charges and then it only works on the soon-to-die-out Microsoft Silverlight) or to run two receivers (the picture from 19.2E and the unencrypted English audio from 13E).

This situation sucks but hey, German is a fine language and these days lots of the adverts have a smattering of English...

@Phil - the freesat channel vanished for me over the weekend too. I don't know who's problem it was and I've not checked if it's back yet, but if we both saw it, I guess it was something transmission-side.

Gold is also broadcast. I think it's on the Peterborough mux and is Gold - Peterborough like on 1332 AM.

All DAB transmitters

Are we really going to have to wait for a Wash multiplex, or will this mast start broadcasting 11B/Norwich and have KLFM included on there?

DAB local radio gaps | Digital radio

BBC Norfolk has no DAB in West Norfolk and apparently no current plans for it. 873kHz MW from West Lynn remains the strongest transmitter. 104.4MHz coverage is not great.

It looks like the better-than-average Black Cat may have lots its slot on this transmitter to Team Rock, but I can't see channel numbers on my receiver to confirm that.
