AVC have got the work so remember the same people how install your sky as sub contractors will be trashing your house and they get paid peanuts and give 8 jobs a day so customer care will be last on their list and completing their jobs comes first and if you get a local install to do the work you always have a personal point of contact for after care not avc when you could get a different install every time

if it is a standard box you can get a freesat from sky card at about £30 but you would be better of with a freesat box from Argos they cost £30.64
with the freesat from sky if they change the cards you will have to buy a new one
