Please can we have a proper (i.e. accurate) update soon? 'Interuption' is massively underplaying the issue, for three days now I have had just 8 channels, on which there has still been interference. When will this be sorted?

Huntshaw Cross area (EX39). Ongoing problems (over a week now) with all channels, but especially BBC. Neighbours are having the same issues so it isn't my aerial or box - is there work going on and if so, any end in sight please? This is particularly pants over Christmas! Thanks
