I live in |Barton-upon-Humber and all the mux's are coming in fine on a widebandantenna except ArqB which is low in level according to the tv's (only 68% compared to 80% for the rest). In the change over notes it says "ArqA and ArqB now launch on final channels (C53 and C60), restricted to 4kW until 23 November.
Are they in fact still running at low power as the mux information has them at 100kW?
