I am an architectural student involved in a project to develop a site for community use in south east London. One of the main issues is to raise awareness of what current community activities are on the site and more importantly what the new development activities will be when agreed. This process will take time necessarily. However, it is never to early to raise awareness and in turn raise the profile of the site when the time is right. Community TV and radio appears a viable route for me to investigate at this stage - can you please fill me in on what is/may be involved. For example, would it be an idea to transmit activities from the site? What would be necessary for this to happen and what infrastructure would be involved and what about cost?
