Not only tried the retune (including the unplug/replug the aerial advice), but as mentioned tried an entirely new box. Neither are picking up Mux 2/UHF 31. Have disconnected everything apart from the Freeview box to try and eliminate any RF inteference (so unplugged my XBox 360 and DVD player, and removed all cables connected to the tv from them). My old box is an Onn OSTB01 and my new box is a Bush STP202X12. Neither seem to be on this list: TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice (LN11SU)

A couple of weeks ago all of the channels on Mux 2 disappeared from my programme list. I thought it might be because I had quite an old freeview box so I bought a new one today but still no ITV, Channel 4 or any other Mux 2 channels. Reception on the channels on all other Muxes, including the ones rated as very low above, is fine. My postcode is LN1 1SU. Is there a problem with MUX 2?
