John Ledbury: Need to check that you have the correct aerial(wideband) & is pointing in the right direction,i.e approx. north west where you are.(for belmont).Try a first time installation(start from scratch),see if that helps.

john ledbury: sounds like you need to get a proper qualified installer in again,to help sort your problems out i.e start from scratch totally,to sort it once & for all.possibly will be more retunes in the future if or when any more services come on.

kimberley: Afraid not!,they use a different transmitting system to us,so it wouldn't work without having the set converted.

john mccrimmon: my toshiba tv has audio description,i've just turned it off by using the tv menu,& deselecting it(toshiba 40rv753).

bill timms: you need to check if your tv has a socket for an internet connection,if so,you may be able to set it up,if not,i'm afraid you're out of luck.unfortunately also,your tv has to be hd,not hd ready.

David Lipshaw:- i've had this problem,but a software upgrade has cured it mainly,occasioally bbc1 hd plays up,rest are perfect.(set is a TOSHIBA 40RV753B)

Briantist:- I see Grimsby has been selected,does this mean the service is for that town/area only,or will the likes of us where i am be able to receive it.
