Does anyone know if channel 74 (True Christmas) on Freeview, they are transmitting or not, around the country or just in one area?

Doncaster
I stay in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, my neighbour receives several more freeview channels than me. With doing some research, I found that all the missing channels are on the multiplex com 7. My aerial is pointing in the opposite direction (180 degrees). Does my aerial need changing direction to pick up the missing channels.
I am not sure of what transmitter I'm pick my signal up from.
