Crystal Palace (Greater London, England) Full Freeview transmit

Bought a new TV with
Freeview HD
and
BBC One HD
, ITV1 HD,
Channel 4 HD
, and BBC HD all show up in Freeview EPG however when i click on one i get
no signal
.
live in a building with a number of other flat and i believe we all take the signal from a communal
aerial
which i guess points at the
crystal palace
transmitter
given i live in N1.
any views on this? thx.
