Please could you help me to regain multiplex D channels. These were good and strong before the digital changeover. The BBC help web says there are no problems on Sandy Heath transmitter.
We have cleared all channels as decribed by your goodselves and re-tuned several times to no avail there are no ARQB channels around!
Would a new aerial help. Our is not that old and, we have an indoor booster through the aerial. Thanks for any help. John

Aerial is on a pole as we live in bungalow.
I have discovered that ARQb will move to final allocation and full strenth on 14/09/2011.
We will see what happens then. Thank you for any help you may offer

Since the change over from analoque to digital TV we have lost all category D channels.
Can you tell us please how proceed with how to recover them.
