My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do? Monday 8 September 2014 10:44PM

JB38 - My post code is SW18 4BB, I have now tried tuning my TV again and now all my freeview HD channels have now disappeared. Is there no straight forward answer to why this has happened?

@JB38 - My TV is the following make and model.
Samsung 40" F6400 Series 6 Smart 3D Full HD LED TV.
what do you suggest l do?
Pulling my hair out now!

Hi can, someone please give me a clear answear to why l could watch HD channels on my smart TV this morning and then when l had to retune the TV they had disappeared (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4)?
I have reset the TV 3 times and the same thing has happened, channels that where present are no longer available!
