Check all your aerial cables and connections. There is no reported engineering work at Crystal Palace at the time of writing. If there were many millions of viewers would be affected but your is the only report.

Freeview channels 105 to 201 have disappeared having returned due to signal problems with 107 (BBC News HD). Is this going to be fixed?

Howard Dodd: Retuning is never a good idea when you have a weak signal as all you are doing is deleting all of your channels and searching for them again. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Which transmitter are you using? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc.

Hi I have set up a new Samsung smart tv and channels 106-204 are missing. The Samsung tv it replaced (same aerial lead) had those channels.

All of them? Even 201-203?
The rest are probably those on the COMs7&8 multiplexes which generally are likely to be weaker signals. It'll depend on which transmitter you get your signals from.
There's still some variable Tropospheric Propagation about which may be affecting reception of those.
If you can do a manual tune of the UHF channels for those two muxes (most transmitters are now using C55/C56 but not some of the northern ones yet, such as Winter Hill. Retunes coming soon.).
If you are still having problems, post back with a full postcode so we can look at predicted reception at your location.

I'm not receiving anything on CH55 COM7 Mendip transmitter (I'm in North Bristol near M32/M4 junction), all other channels are perfect. I've manually retuned CH55 and its frequency 746.00mhz but get "No signal, selected programme is not tuned".
This has only happened in the last few days.
TV and PVR show the same problem.
Any ideas what to try next?

Can't find any reports of faults at Mendip from the BBC or Mendip, HOWEVER I'm seeing a reduction in received signal strength on UHF55 N of Mendip at present.
Although you should normally have no problems, if your precise location has slightly marginal reception for COMs7&8 then this may have a significant effect. We can only check that with a full postcode to look at predicted reception.
Otherwise, have you changed anything recently, eg. added a filter, moved any leads?
Good idea to check all your coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads are a common problem, try swapping/changing them. See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for all the other multiplexes shown in your TV's tuning section, this may indicate problems with your aerial or downlead. Also check that your downlead looks undamaged (especially if it is old) and that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction after recent high winds.
Problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just an individual or several multiplexes.

Chris.SE: I live 8 miles line of sight from the main Tacolneston transmitter in Norfolk, however I struggle to receive BBC News HD and BBC4 which are on COMS 7 & 8 which are apperently transmitted at lower powers than MUXES 1 to 6. Maybe the same issue is affecting you from your local transmitter?
