After scrolling through a huge list, I find there is only one 2020 date. What's the point of putting a list going baback almost three years here?

Further to MikeP's comment and mine immediately prior to your post here, the information is not only is in error but incomplete. There is some further detail and information about the local muxes posted on p187 on the page.

All:
To get what should be accurate and up-to-date information about UHF usage, and any planned UHF channel retunes or changes whatever transmitter you receive - the best place to look is the official listings on the site (now that the digitalUK site has been merged into it).

Goto Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free and scroll to the box "Check Freeview at my home", put in the postcode and house number/name and click "Check".

On the new page, amongst other things, you should see a mention of any Planned work Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free corporate/platform-management/planned--works
also whether there's any current transmitter issues - I've not always found the latter to be 100% reliable.
You can get information about BBC reception issues at Advice about receiving TV and radio | RTIS

On this new page, scroll down just over half way and click "Detailed view".
You'll now see a list of any transmitters and their multiplexes that are predicted to be received at your location.
(The most likely transmitter is not always the one you want, often based on nearest transmitter with good PSB1&2 reception. Just scroll through the list. Local muxes are usually at the end of the section.).
You can hover over some of the information to get more detail/explanation, eg. hover over a channel number will give the transmission and the in kW.

I think that any comment regarding having to scroll down a long list that has been posted on ukfree.tv should be addressed directly to the site owner, Brian Butterworth, rather than posted 'publicly' on the site. Site users should realise and appreciate that ukfree,tv is here to assist, help and support tv and radio transmissions users, which that long list does and, moreover, ukfree.tv is NOT a SOCIAL MEDIUM like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, etc.

The site owner is well aware of all the etc that are needed but recently hasn't had the time to do them. Most of the updates have to be done manually from pdf documents. Not a task I would relish.
A lot of information that some users may need has been posted on recent pages for most of the transmitters.
It's extremely frustrating for those that spend time helping out on here when people who post with a problem do not have a quick read of previous posts to see if their issue has already been mentioned or addressed.
That's even happened where the preceding post gives that information!

Chris.SE - I agree 100%, Brian does a full time job besides managing this site. Through the years he has found time to constantly update this site. At present due to his full time job and the number of UHF changes with the clearance of the 700 MHz band it is only natural the amount of work required to keep abreast of the changes is a full time job in itself. I believe Brian deserves a big thank you and not criticism!
