Can I use a digibox on Jersey?

If you mean a "Freeview" box then no, there is no Freeview service there yet - and won't be until 2013.

However, if you mean a "Sky Digibox" then yes, Sky and Freesat/fSfS work perfectly there - and you get BBC Channel Islands and ITV Channel.
