Untill last week I could receive channels 4 and 5. What is happening please?

Try removing the card from the box, then unplug from the mains for 30 seconds.

Then turn on and ignore the 'insert card' messages until the preview channel shows.

Now reinsert the viewing card and try 104 and 105.

I have a house in Paphos,Cyprus and have heard from a neighbour that we have lost our tv .We have boxes with cards purchased locally.We have heard that we need to buy cards but would a box work as well
