I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

Debbie:
Arqiva operate the Freeview transmitters and they can be contacted at https://www.arqiva.com/co…us/. There is no reported problem with the transmitter, so your problem is a local one - else hundreds of thousands would be complaining. Have you checked with your neighbours who use Freeview? Also check all the aerial cables and connections. DO NOT try to retune.

we have no signal or weak connection messages on our tv since Thursday morning,5th july 2018,all attempts to
retune or reinstall the channels have failed. Our neighbours started suffering the same problems yesterday,saturday,yet others in the close have no problems at all. I've seen on other forums that people all over the country are having the same problems,we are served by the Sandy Heath transmitter which reports no problems or engineering works at the moment. can you shed any light on the problem?

The worst thing you could do was to retune! The current weather conditions are causing problems for many, but not all, with reception of Freeview. Patience is needed to wait for the weather patterns over some parts of the UK to change.

PAULsneesby : Retuning was the worst thing to do as you've now deleted all of those missing channels which were tuned correctly to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?
