I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

rob fidler: Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and do not attempt to retune. Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using and where you are in relation to it etc.

Judith holloway: There are no reported problem with any of the transmitters covering your location. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? The current bad weather certainly could be causing the problem, although it is far more likely that your aerial system is being attacked by the weather rather than the transmitter.

Rae Stewart: Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter. Have you checked all of the cables and connections behind your TV? Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted all of your channels which makes it much more difficult to see when the problem is fixed.

Yesterday work was carried out on the Brierley Hill transmitter. We can no longer get any digital channels no bbc at all not even channel 100 nor any bbc radio channels. We have retuned several times but that makes no difference.
My post code is

Linda Hackett: All multipexes broadcast from Brierley Hill have moved to new frequencies and you may need a new aerial. If you contact the Freeview Advice Line (see link below) they should be able to arrange for someone to fit a new wideband aerial free of charge if you don't have satellite or cable.

I live in chippenham, sn15 1qq. I have lost all my freeview channels (I had started to have problems about a week or 2 ago with the picture on some of the channels fresezing, and then losing channels... now they have all gone). I've tried re-tuning a few times (by doing so with the ariel plugged out then plugged in again) but still no joy.
Any ideas?
Thankyou
