I can not get satellite TV because the signal is blocked by trees and hills. Will Sky ever broadcast from an additional satellite to the west too?

The economics of satellite distribution do not lead themselves to having more than one satellite position. The locations used are allocated (by a UN committee) to various countries, each using just one orbital position.
