I am not getting the itv-1 region I expected?

The allocation of itv-1 on 103 is done from a database that Sky have created. If you order your card with a postcode that would normally have, say, S4C on 104 and ITV Wales on 103, this is what you will get (C4 appears on 184, I believe).

If you want a card for another region, the best advice is to have the card sent to an address in that region.
