why cant i get subtitles on itv2 hd on my freesat panasonic blue ray hard drive equipment

I have sky+ downstairs and my old sky digibox upstairs. I can't get channel 5 and 5* etc on the upstairs box as it says 'channel unavailable'. What do I need to do to rectify this and will it cost me money?

My postcode is OX7 5LL, I cannot receive ITV3 or Yesterday, on Freeview will I be able to get these channels on Freesat or Sky??

L Forbes: You should be able to get all the Freeview channels from 1st November 2011, if you can hang on until then.

Our freeview is fine apart from ITV HD. We get YORKSHIRE news on chanel 3 but on ITV HD we can only get GRANADA. We live about 5 miles from EMLEY and can see the transmitter from our house. All we can say is great but not a full service, Who in Yorkshire wants to watch regional news from LANCASHIRE ??????????
