Few days ago I have seen that BBC2 shows `blue screen`. I scanned all frequencies to re-tune but BBC2 seems to be non-existent. I am in Cambridge. Can you please help me with tuning for BBC2?
Many thanks!

Pinar: Yes, that's correct. BBC TWO has closed on analogue from Sandy Heath. You will need to switch to Freeview to watch the channel. The rest of the analogue services close a week tomorrow. 2011 switch-overs start today at Sandy Heath, Nottingham | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice for more.

Kelly Ibbotson: Please see Digital Region Overlap for ideas.
One approach is to delete all channels or do a full reset, then cancel the automatic retune. Then manually tune the correct frequencies. For the Winter Hill transmitter, use C62, C59, C58, C61, C55 and C54.
There will be another retune some time in the next year or so to free up C61 and C62. No date is yet set.
If you find it gets reset back again, check your TV's manual to see if it has an automatic background retune feature, and see if you can turn it off.

If this repeatedly happens it could suggest that there is possibly a fault in the memory store system in the equipment you are using, that is taking it that whatever it is automatically stores the channels shown after a scan, as some doesn't and you have to select "store".
Maybe you could mention what device you are referring to.
