How do I change the RF output channel on a Sky Digibox?
Press the [SERVICES] button and then press [4] [0] [1] then [SELECT]
Then press [4] to go to the RF output menu.
You can now change the value so that it does not clash with an analogue TV channel or a Freeview multiplex.
HD and "new EPG" boxes
If you have a HD box, press [SERVICES] button and then press [0] [0] [1] then [SELECT]. Nothing is shown on the TV screen until you press the Select button. Then use the [RIGHT] arrow button on the remote until this screen is shown, and press SELECT to change the values:

pete: The "power" associated with RF2 is only required for the Magic Eye device.
Have you tried retuning your analogue TVs?

Hopefully you guys can help
Have sky hd box with a connection from my antiference splitter going to 4 different tvs. All tvs have magic eyes. It became increasingly difficult to change channels via the magic eyes on any of the tvs and now they have stopped working altogether. The magic eye red light is on and it blinks when you press the remote. The picture is fine on all tvs but the remote control cannot change the channel. Only way to change channel is on main box. Had sky out and they say the RF2 is fine. Antiference light is on too. Where is the problem???

Hi, please can you help?
We have a Sky box that works with the lounge TV and we have also taken the coax cable from the Sky box to the upstairs TV with a magic eye tuned to channel 68.
Problem is that we can see Sky upstairs and change the channel upstairs but we get no sound (and the sound on bBC2 seems to have gone as well).
Any ideas?
Many thanks

Jo O: Have you tried doing a "scan for channels" again on your TV set?

Jonny: The Magic Eye device will only work on a one-to-one basis. You can plug a single magic eye using a single RF cable to the RF2 output.

thanks Brian. What I dont understand is why its been working fine for a couple of years and then pretty much just gradually deteriorated over the last 3 months. Its almost as if the batteries were going flat in the the remote - you would have to press 3 or 4 times to get a response (obviously batteries changed!) Now there is no response at all and you have to change the channel in the room with the hd box. I have used the antiference splitter to allow the 4 magic eyes to work without probs until now. There is a light on it that lights up with the RF2 output cable attached. All the magic eye lights light up too.???

Jonny: I don't know if the Sky engineer already tried this, but one test you could carry out is to try plugging one of the magic eyes directly in line with the Sky box and the lead going to the Antiference splitter, then after temporarily covering the Sky box with a thick towel or similar to block the IR input window, try changing the channel using the remote from the other end of the room.
If this works OK, try the same test again but this time between the splitter and each of its output lines in turn.
