Can I receive UK TV in Ghana?
No, the satellite footprints are focused on Europe, and cannot be received in Ghana, I'm afraid.

rutendo: No, you can't. The satellite footprints - see Satellite footprint maps | ukfree.tv - 11 years of independent, free digital TV advice - do not cover Zimbabwe.

nana eric: Good Morning, Nana. I am intrigued to hear that you are receiving one tv channel on ANALOGUE transmission in your area, because either it's Bill Wright messing around in his retirement or you are not in the UK. All analogue tv transmitters in the UK had been switched off by 24th. October 2012, nearly four years ago! It is possible that you are feeding an oldish tv set with a signal from a digital DVB-T box already, using an aerial fly-lead to feed the old tv. We call this 'an analogue rf feed'. To change channels, you need to change the channel on the set -top box, not the channel on the oldish tv set! If you really do live in the UK and receive tv from one of the main transmitters, you should get up to 60 standard digital Freeview tv channels and 25 Freeview radio channels on your tv set. Even if you are getting your tv signal from a local relay transmitter you should get 19 tv channels and 17 radio channels, so if you are in the UK, you won't be getting any analogue transmission at all, apart from as I've explained above, and you have access to a minimum of 19 tv channels already, which are transmitted digitally. Hope this is of assistance, Richard, Norwich. PS, If you are not in the UK, I am not the person to ask!
