The Samsung SIR U200i is one of the boxes which will not recieve Freeview after digital switchover. There is nothing wrong with your aerial. However, you will need to buy a replacement Freeview box.

Hi I have rescanned today and I can't get com4 and com5 but I can get com 4 which is the same power! To add insult to injury I had all the muxs before the power was turned up. Anyone any ideas?

Brian - what I am saying is that ARQA is on 57 and B is on 53 - opposite way to what you say.
Someone on one of the several "Wrekin Digital" pages confirmed this and seemed to know that it had been done deliberately.

Following DSO Part Deux, 6 of our 7 Freeview devices have retuned perfectly. The other one, a Hitachi 19in LCD TV, previously working perfectly, now flatly refuses to tune into MUX53/ArqB (reported as MUX53/ArqA in note above). Have connected one of our FV Boxes to the same RF source, and it works perfectly, including full retune. Am wondering: 1) whether TV is part of the 'problem' group that will no longer work properly, and/or 2) whether it will be sorted in the next DSO phase in September? Any clues? Ta

Steve: It isn't opposite to the way *I* say, it is different to the way Ofcom and Digital UK say.

Stot: You might have to wait until September 2011 for the full power output. However, if you have any boosters or amplifiers, you should remove these from your system.

I am at WV156EA and point to the wrekin transmitter with a roof mounted wideband aerial. I have been without a number of freeview channels (Dave, Film4, ITV4, Sky news) for years and presumed that after switchover I would be sorted. But despite a power off rescan I still don't get those channels. I have a booster/splitter box which delivers the signal to 2 TVs, one with builtin freeview and one on BT vision. Am I missing something?
