Thanks for the replies.
It's a block of flats with a communal aerial. Haven't been able to speak to any neighbours yet.
I have tried moving the offending tv into another house in same street and it's working fine there. Have also tried another tv in original location and that works much better but I did see one pixelation issue in 10 mins.
It sounds like there is a general reception issue in the area atm though, just a shame the biggest tv seems to handle it worst. do you think a 4g filter or signal booster might help given the above info ?

I don't have any Freeview reception issues currently, thank you!

Briantist: Just wondered if any info has been released as yet, with regards to the radiation pattern of the new Madingley Mux?, as I was unable to find any info on it in this respect.

Surprising what recent comments elsewhere lead to.
It's beamed eastwards in a rough cardiod pattern. The exact polar diagram can be found in a document called "Comux-Technical-Plan.pdf" (Technical Plan Multiplex L) which should be found on OFCOM's site. I don't have a link handy at present.
