We keep loosing the signal for 1 to 4 mins is this due to work being done on the transmitter

ken wilson: There is no work listed for the Corsham transmitter. If the transmitter was being worked on it would either be off completely or running at reduced power, it wouldn't be turning on and off or continuously varying it's output power. It sounds more like you either have a fault or perhaps local interference. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and do not attempt to retune.

Since the 4th April retune my signal has been terrible and I have consistently been put onto the South West transmitter although I keep retuning to the West transmitter. Any suggestions?

Amanda Thomas: The Corsham transmitter does not appear to have changed frequency. Does your TV have some sort of automatic retune option in the menu? It sounds like your TV may retuning on its own and picking up a different transmitter. If you provide a full postcode we will be able to see which transmitters are available at your location and your predicted coverage, which will enable further advice to be offered.

Distanza Orr: Do all of the flats use the same communal aerial system? If they do, you should contact whoever is responsible for maintenance and get them to send someone to investigate.
